It is currently divided into several different DVD regions globally. For example, the United States and Canada are in Region 1, Japan and Europe are in Region 2, and Taiwan is in Region 3. Before playing a DVD, please ensure that the region code of the playback device matches the DVD's region code.
Additionally, readers borrowing the DVDs with public performance rights on the 1st floor of the main library can choose seats with appropriate playback devices for either all-region or specific region-coded players at the check-in machine.
