Media Hubs allow small groups of patrons (3-8 persons) to use audiovisual materials with public performance rights. NTU faculty, staff, and students can make a reservation online. Please log in to the NTU Library Space Management System using your NTU email account and password. In the System, please choose your preferred room and time, and fill in the number and names of users. The patrons are required to check in at the check-in machine by 15 minutes into the reserved session at the latest, or the reservation will be canceled automatically. The valid identification cards of 3 persons shall be presented. For example, if you register for 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, please check in between 9:00 AM and 9:15 AM. Those who don't check in within the first 15 minutes will automatically cancel the reservation. The Library may suspend the reservation privilege for one month.
